Cardi B indicted by a grand jury in a fight case at a strip club report

Cardi B indicted by a grand jury on Friday on assault charges in connection with a fight inside a strip club by the Queen in August 2018.

TMZ reports that the rapper "Bodak Yellow" was formally charged with 14 counts, including two counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury. According to the media, additional charges include criminal solicitation, assault, reckless misdemeanor, conspiracy, and harassment.

Cardi B was initially facing two counts of minor offenses in connection with his arrest on August 29, 2018, which allegedly involved the rapper ordering an attack on two waitresses at Angels Strip Club who was called Jade and Baddie G.

TMZ reports that the attack was "provoked after Cardi accused Jade of sleeping with Offset", with whom she is married and with whom she shares a daughter.

According to reports, the rapper rejected a plea agreement on Friday that would have involved pleading guilty to a single misdemeanor. His lawyer says he did not hurt anyone during the incident.

Your next court date is scheduled for August 9.
