The microblogging website Twitter recently added a warning tag to United States President Donald Trump's tweet. This warning tag is meant to show that the win you have tweeted is incorrect. In such a situation, US President Donald Trump has threatened to enforce strict new rules against Twitter or shut it down.
Trump has made this threat after two Twitter presidents warned of 'pres fact check'.

However, the President himself cannot regulate or shut down companies. Congress itself can take that step. A proposed executive order authorizing the Federal Communications Commission to regulate technology companies has also been rescinded by their administration. But still, Trump did not stop giving warnings on Twitter.

Trump tweeted: "The company is trying to suppress conservative voices." We will set stringent rules before this happens or we will shut it down. He then tweeted another, "Great steps will be taken." Trump did not stop here and retweeted late at night: "Tech company is going completely crazy. Stay tuned."

Meanwhile, Press Secretary Meckney told reporters that Trump would sign an executive order involving social media companies. At the same time, White House Director of Strategic Communications Elsa Farah said that Trump will sign it on Thursday.
