Rachel Ray and her family are safe after a home fire

Officials confirmed to CNN on Monday that Celebrity chef and talk show host Rachel Ray escaped a fire in her home in upstate New York unscathed.

Ray, her husband John Cosimano and their dog were at home in Lake Lucerne on Sunday when the fire broke out.

Brian LaFleur, director of emergency services and county fire coordinator, told CNN that everyone managed to get out safely.

"There were no injuries, which is good. At the moment, we are in the process of identifying the possible cause. Nothing suspicious, but we are looking to determine the cause," he said.

The fire destroyed the main house on the property.

Ray's representative also gave a statement to CNN.

"Rachel, her husband John and their dog, Bella, are fine," the statement read. "Unfortunately, their house has been damaged and we are in the process of reaching any extent. I am happy to provide updates as far as I know."

Ray has been filming her daytime talk show "The Rachael Ray Show" from her home since the pandemic forced the studios to close.

On Monday, she tweeted: "Thanks to the local first responders for their kindness, generosity and salvation for what they can from our home."

Ray wrote grateful that my mom, husband, and my dog ... we're all fine. "These are the days when we should all be grateful for what we have, not what we lost."

She added: "I * lost my phone (posting through a team member), thank you for all my good wishes, concern and communication, but I cannot respond to text messages and calls at the moment ...!"
